Beauty Big Bang: (J1377) Professional Nail Dotting Tool Nail Art Drawing Pen

Floral prints were a big favorite of mine to freehand paint in the past when I was always freehand painting with nail art bushes on my nails.

To pick back up on some freehand art.. I was so excited to try this

I couldn't wait to try this tool with some gel paint that I had ordered from 

Candy.Coat!

I've always wanted to own one of these drawing/writing pens.. lol, I've always thought these were so cool bc of having to "dip the tip in the ink pot" in order to write on paper etc. I found this nail art tool so easy to use for nail art. Especially, and I N C R E D I B L Y easy to use with *g e l* polish too!! 

I used the dotting tool to dab gel paint to create the large part of the flowers before I used the tip of the pointy pen to create the thin lines within the flower.

*In my own opinion, this tool would be best used with gel paints and gel polishes.

I applied 3 coats alone with no undies base with this polish. This polish color is definitely different & is gorgeous in different lighting!

This was the stamping plate that I didn't think I needed!

HA!

No, seriously, this one is so cute with all the letter jacket fonts that caught my Asian eyes..

lol, I IMMEDIATELY knew I had to stamp "AS IF" on my nails.

I mean, who still hasn't seen the most awesomeness movies from the 90's yet is just cray CRAY.

I mean.. Clueless was one of my many faves to watch growing up as a teen in the 90's.

Still is.

I don't own any stamping plates with flannels or tartan prints.

Though I managed to still make this one pass for Cher and Dionne's infamous tartan two piece outfits.

Not gonna lie..

I wish I had their wardrobes that was always so perfectly paired with cute knee high socks & matching outfits. AND don't forget those hats too!

Summer isn't over yet!!

It's amazing how the weather has drastically changed in the last few weeks from Fall-sy temps and now back to Summery humid temps up to 85 degrees! It is beyond bi-polar here in the Midwest, for sure! lol

Looking to try something new for stamping?

This is my first stamping gel to try on stamping nail art.

It is something for me because it was trial and error for me for the first 4x's. lol

But I got the hang of it.

This first shot you may not be able to see it but I did take a few macro shots of the gold silver stamping gel on the mani effect on this marble look.

I love how the gold silver pops ever so subtle on the white base.

I also love me a good macro shot that shows every detail and oopsies lol

Look at the tiny specks of the gold silver!!

IT'S SO PRETTY!

I used P2 Cosmetics nail polish (105 white now) for the base and stamped with their Techno Chrome (130 galaxy) nail polish on the marble effect.

Thirdly, I stamped with Born Pretty Store's gold silver gel stamping and cured it under my LED lamp for 30 seconds and topped the manicure with just a regular fast drying top coat to seal the look.

I just had to take more shots in my light box.

But it didn't show the rainbow flakie effect that it has.

I wasn't going for that look but this one still turned out just OK. It finally grew on me. lol
