Besides holographic, peacock, metallic powders that you apply on your nails like over any range of colors to like ombres, gradients and such... PHEW! hahaha!

No, but this one here that I'm like sharing with you guys right now are unlike any other that first came out dude. lol

This One Is Really Icy Cool guys!!

It's great over a simple clear set of nails or over any color that you want over it. Though, I did choose to use this light neon green powder over a nice white color nail polish from P2 Cosmetics in the name called, "White Now".

This is my (how-to) in steps on how I used:

(over nail polish..)

- Apply base coat.

(let it dry 1-2 mins)

- Apply white nail polish (depending on how many coats it takes to get a full coverage).

(let it dry 5 mins per coat)

- Apply a Fast Drying Top Coat

(let it dry 5 mins) when it is dried..

- Lightly apply and swipe the powder with the eyeshadow applicator with the lightest of touch over the nail(s).

- Apply and seal the look with a Quick Drying Top Coat. BUT I prefer to apply a water-based top coat over it. I find it to keep and seal the shine/shifty look to last longer and the apply the QDTC.

It's a bit hard to see the shiny almost oil-slick-ish-cellophane shiny color over the white nail polish.
