I've also finished a second Nail Art Challenge #RandomNailArtMar & boy! Was this an amazing time!! It was a bit crazy due to sick children & last minute touches LOL.

What a fun accomplishment for March, especially for nail art?! :P Sounds a bit geeky but whatev's LOL! ♥

Enjoy these two nail art challenges that I got to complete within the month of March 2014.. Though, I didnt quite complete each manicure on time, I feel that I at least gave these two challenges another test on myself! T'was fun!

~Damask over 'Blood As Thick As Gold' by: polishedbykpt

I couldn't just leave this beautiful indie polish 'Blood As Thick As by' by Polished by KPT alone so, I free hand painted damask prints over my nails with all nail lacquer by OPI 'Love.Angel.Music.Baby.' & Color Club Halo Hue 'Beyond' bc those are my favorite polishes at the moment! If you've noticed, I've used it on my last couple of Mani's!

You can't go wrong with damask prints on each nail IF you choose neutral colors and of course, tiny gold studs! I love this combo and design so much, I took macros of two of my favorite nails along with two poses of the polish in cold and warm stage!

Enjoy and have a lovely rest of the day ladies and gentlemen!

▶Swatch/Review: Polished by KPT 'Blood As Thick As Gold'

'Blood As Thick As Gold' by: Polished by KPT is my second indie polish brand I've ever bought in my life!

I absolutely love this polish and it's been a lemming of mine to purchase at least one polish from Polished by KPT.

In this swatch, I used three thin coats and the drying time was excellent! I find this polish absolutely beautiful bc of the gold flakes and the transition of the colors is freaking amazing! I'm in love! ♥

Transitioning from cold, the polish turns red. As my nails are running through warm water, it turns to a sheer but nude gold base. My body temperature is always warm so my nails remain most of the time a sheer but nude gold base. As the wintertime is still lingering around here in the Midwest, I enjoy looking at my nails shift half red & half sheer nude gold!! It's totally amazing!

My first purchase from KPT won't be my last for sure! I am still screaming and wooing over this beautiful polish! & in case you didn't know bc of course you wouldn't know...! (Red is one of my many favorite colors!!)

▶Swatch/Review/Nail Art: ORLYFX 'Starburst'

Here is my swatch, review and nail art is 2 coats of @orlynails #ORLYFX in 'Starburst' with Seche Vite. Color Club Halo Hue 'Beyond' & OPI 'Love.Angel.Music.Baby.' from the 2014 Gwen Stefani Collection. I have macros and a few shots of the full manicure down below.

(Though this polish is from a recent but discontinued collection by Orly from the Galaxy FX for Spring 2014 Collection, I still would like to post more about my swatch on the blog on this baby by tomorrow bc I ♡ it so much that I wanna get some extra photos of this manicure in the sunlight to capture the beautiful multi-glitters!!) ←← I lied... well, technically, I didn't lie but I just had so many ideas running through my mind on what I could possibly put over this cute nail polish! So.

I couldn't wait any longer for the sun to rise.. I painted over the base polish!! ^0^.......*-* Here is my review on 'Starburst' anyway

I honestly have been lemming over this nail lacquer since it came out! I finally gotten it on clearance at Sally's Beauty Supply Store on Monday for $3.99! I couldn't pass up on this one

'Starburst' is a white crelly base polish with three different sized glitters in red, gold & silver. With just two coats, it applied nicely but it was hard to fish out the silver circle glitters. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't grab any bc they looked so cute! I thought it'd look better if all my nails had all the multiple glitters on them. Its just too bad bc this lacquer is adorable!

Enjoy & Have A Goodnight! ,

▶Swatch/Review of OrlyFX 'Starburst'

I'm back to round shaped nails!

I'm saddened by this but it's no surprise to me. Its bound to happen sometime! LOL, this nail shape is growing out on me actually! I am really loving this shape now that my nails have been breaking quite often through this tough wintertime. I'm thinking about keeping it round for a while!

;) Anyway, this is 2 coats of @orlynails #ORLYFX in 'Starburst' with Seche Vite. (Though this polish is from a recent but discontinued collection by Orly, I still would like to post more about my swatch on the blog on this baby by tomorrow bc I ♡ it so much that I wanna get some extra photos of this manicure in the sunlight to capture the beautiful multi-glitters!!) ←← I lied... well, technically, I didn't lie but I just had so many ideas running through my mind on what I could possibly put over this cute nail polish! 'Blood As Thick As Gold' by: polishedbykpt

Eeek!! ^0^

I am SO stoked about this @polishedbykpt 'Blood As Thick As Gold'!

It's my first indie polish from her line but my second indie brand polish I own! I cannot wait to try out this thermal polish!! I'm pretty much screaming like a school girl obsessed over this beautiful bottle of yumminess!

I've had a lemming over her polishes for over almost two years now and I've finally gotten "one" of my very first polish by her! All of her indie polishes are all so worth it and extremely beautiful! I wish I could own them all.. Perhaps, in my future!

♡Manicure of the night: For my niece!♡

This evening, I had the opportunity and privilege to hangout with my first niece who's now a young a-dult teenager. LOL, we went to Wal-Mart with my kids for a little food shopping & then hit up McDonald's for dinner lolol.... We had a fun 6 hours for a hangout & my three kiddos loved it!

OK, enough about us.. LOL, on to the mani of the night..

Her request was for a baby blue base & cherry blossom trees but unfortunately the timing flew by so fast she settled on the China Glaze in 'At Vase Value'. I couldn't send her home with a plain manicure, so I sponged up two coats in a subtle gradient in 'Metro Pollen-Tin' & Sinful Colors Professional striper in 'Flower Girl' with some adorable gold accents. I forgot to mention, her manicure for her family's vacay this Thursday will be fab for the warm weather! I'm a bit jealous bc I dislike the weather here in the Midwest.. :P

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit "OMG'shing" over it & her reaction to it was,"OMG! I love it!! The colors reminds me of Princess Jasmine! Especially, the gold!!" Anyway, I'm not a professional nail tech but this manicure was amazing! I am proud of this manicure! I feel ready for more opportunities with new faces & friends. Message me on my Facebook or by e-mail at▶▶ ipaintmainails@gmail.com

I hope you all enjoyed thus manicure as much as we both did tonight! Goodnight world!!

▶Swatch & Review on China Glaze's City Flourish 2014 Collection

Here's my full swatch and review on China Glaze's City Flourish 2014 Collection of the four polishes I had picked up this week.

This first swatch is called 'Metro Pollen-Tin' from the China Glaze 2014 City Flourish Collection. It is a cream polish in a yellow to slightly orange shade, almost reminds me of a #2 pencil! I used three coats for an even application. Though It dries with a glossy shine finish, I also used Seche Vite fast drying top coat. Drying time between three coats is always good for me.

Second swatch is 'Lotus Begin' done in two easy coats plus Seche Vite! The application doesn't require you to apply more than two because this one was silky and creamy for a full coverage!

Third swatch is 'Peonies and Park Ave' can be done in two coats but like almost a perfectionist, I wanted to make it ultra smoother and bright because HELLO! It's a cute, bright and cheery, it can be a neon but more of a subtle yet neon. It dries almost like a matte finish but I decided to use Seche Vite for a glossy shine.

Last but not least, here is 'At Vase Value'. A Cyan/baby blue, creamy, pastel polish done in three coats plus, Seche Vite. Application was wonderful and out of the few pastel blue, this ones my favorite!

Accent nails base was a Saran Wrap technique I used with all the four polishes. While the peony flowers were free hand painted with acrylic paints. I had a tough time painting the peony flowers on my ring fingernail. I never knew how hard it was to paint such detailed flowers!! LOL All in all, I really like the outcome of it and the four color of the polishes are so pretty! I love it all but now I wish I can own all the other eight!
